Lifehouse Nebraskaland Days concerts generate excitement
Rock headliner Lifehouse will take the stage Friday and West Coast favorite Amber Pacific open the concert that evening. The Saturday night lineup will see up-and-coming country star Lee Brice warm up the crowd for the very popular and high-energy superstar, Dierks Bentley.
"Lifehouse brings a lot of hits. They are an incredible act," Bortner said. "They really hit it big in 2001 and every record has had a hit."
Lifehouse has recorded four albums since 2000 and has been nominated for numerous awards, while seeing hit songs such as "Hanging by a Moment," "You and Me," "First Time," and "Whatever It Takes" climb the Billboard Music Awards Top 100 songs list.
Their first album was "No Name Face" and featured their first hit single, "Hanging by a Moment," which won a Billboard Music Award for Hot 100 Single of the Year in 2001.
Lifehouses' most recent album was released in June of 2007 and now the band is working on a new single named "Make Me Over".
