I am writing to complain on behalf of my Niece Jade McDowall who won a
competition with Bubble hits for tickets to see Nelly Furtado in Manchester
tonight, she is 14 years of age so needed someone over 18 to accompany her,
her mum was not keen on taking a teenager to Manchester on a friday night
but took her as she knew how excited she was to see her idol. They arrived
in plenty of time as requested and went to collect her tickets, they were
informed that they were not there, still they waited for the tickets to
arrive and they never did so around the time that she should have been
watching Nelly Furtado come onto stage she was stood crying waiting for a
lift home. Her family and friends are disgusted at this as she was excited
to seeing her in concert and now she is very upset and feels let down.
We will be going to the local and national news papers with this as nobody
should go through this humiliation and disappointment. It has taken me the last 2 hours to get this far letting you know, your site should have a contact us page, I even tried Nelly's fansite and myspace as I think she should be aware of this problem.
