Answer:
      It was a long 6 month shoot, vocally and physically exhausting, with corsets and stunts and lots of water. Gerry, Patrick and I spent a lot of time together and we became a very close family. The guys were a wonderful support team for me as I was very young on the job and I was lucky to have two of the greatest and kindest guys in the world to work with. Gerry and I shared a real love of music and we often got together to talk about the work and cooked dinner together. Patrick and I watched football and went to many long lunches during rehearsals where we got to know one another. Gerry is very funny and during our long shooting hours he could always make me laugh. Patrick is a real "guys guy" and I love that about him. I think you can tell from the film that I was completely comfortable with both of them.
     I am very proud of the album and hope people like it. I signed with Geffen because they gave me creative license to find my own sound and take the time to do so. Ron Fair didn't push me to release a record just because there was heat off "Phantom." He didn't ask me to sing "like Christine." He just wanted me to find my own "lane"in music where I could live and sing and love my own music. He encouraged me to trust my heart and find my own inner voice. That that kind of support is so rare that I decided to return it in kind and devote myself soley to music for awhile (take time off my film career) to write and experiment. I wrote all the songs of the album collaborating with Stuart Brawley, Vince Pizzinga, and Bridget Benante... I
had input in all apects of the album, the writing, the mixing, the artwork, the video.
       Most people don't know that I was trained and started singing professionally (at the Metropolitan Opera) when I was seven years old and have always considered music my life. I segued into film when I was eleven or twelve years old because I was growing too tall to sing the children's parts at the opera and wanted to continue to perform. This record is the most personal project I've ever worked on. Writing the lyrics and collaborating every day with my producer Stuart Brawley was a journey of self-discovery, both about myself and about my voice. It was extremely exciting and liberating to be able to write my own lines and express what is in my heart as honestly as I can.

You did your schooling through the internet right? Well I have a few questions about that. Did you ever feel you were missing out on a regular childhood? and was it hard for you to stay focused and concentrate on doing your school work? Sorry that was so long. Answer:
Well, I'm not sure I missed out on a "normal" childhood, but I certainly didn't have a "conventional"childhood. Anyway my childhood is part of what makes me who I am. I left traditional school after fifth grade. I loved singing at the opera and I loved working on film sets and I got a very good education through home schooling. Growing up, I retained several friends from my elementary school days, made friends at the Opera and actually made friends in my internet classes some of whom I still communicate with and some of whom I have never physically met. I now have a lot of friends in all different "walks of life" and I feel very fortunate about that. I think I try to be a good friend to others. I don't think I would change my schooling or childhood. I think when you find your place in life or what direction you want to go that you have to follow your heart, even if that means you miss out in other ways. I "took the road less traveled by" and that has really made "all the difference". (Robert Frost).

Do you personally pick out your outfits for events (such as movie premieres/fashion shows), or does a stylist give you pointers?

Answer:
I've done both. But primarily, I choose and style my own outfits. I usually just go shopping for my own clothes. Sometimes, I go see fashion designers and pick "looks" I like and I buy directly. If I have a special occasion like an award ceremony or an unexpected event, I can call people at Dior, Badgley Mishka, Ralph Lauren, or Chanel and they are kind enough to design something for me or offer me a gown to borrow. They know my style and what suits me and I enjoy working directly with them and wearing beautifully made clothes. I know how lucky I am to have this support. Doing my own styling is a lot of footwork and very time consuming but it can be fun and it means that I wear what works best for me and what reflects who I am or how I feel. When I'm in a pinch or too busy to look for my own clothes, I'll ask a stylist friend to help me out. But I always choose what I wear and how its put together as I have my own aesthetic which I think of a clean, classic and feminine.

Answer:
The digital booklet which accompanies the digital album (released Tuesday, Oct 23) will include extra pictures and anecdotes about the songs. The documentary that was available with the EP will now be available on it's own.

Answer:
Well, G&R is a little hard for me, but I do think Axl is very talented and I can understand how you feel the way you do. On a side note, here's a funny story for you. I actually lived in his old apt for several months when I first spent time in Los Angeles ( I was about 15 years old.) I had his bathtub! Wow, if those walls could talk! :)

Answer:
I dress in character for each role and that means assuming their identity. In the case of Romeo and Juliet, we envisioned Juliet as a Catholic school girl, hence the idea of the cross. I consider myself a spiritual person and I greatly respect all religions and beliefs that are for peace and love.
